Luigi’s Story:
Born and raised in Naples, Luigi Esposito found his passion for food in the basil, tomato and� charcoal filled streets of Southern Italy. The custodian of traditional recipes perfected over many� generations, his tryst with cooking and baking started early.� From a young age, he followed his grandparents around the streets of Naples selling� pagniottiello and freshly made pizza fritta to the locals. His passion and skills were soon� recognised as he was inducted into the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and Associazione� Regina, to protect the value of making pizzas according to the old Neapolitan traditions. He then� went on to work in some of the best pizzerias in Naples and all over Europe, learning from the� masters and honing his trade.� With a bag of Neapolitan secrets and his rich Esposito heritage in tow, Luigi travelled to Sydney� to share the vibrancy and flavours of Italy with all Australians. After opening five restaurants and� touching countless hearts, he is now sharing his secrets with a line of premium products for� people to use in their own kitchens to enjoy with loved ones.
